11/17/25 Lower Salt River Cleanup with SRP

On Monday, November 17th, 2025, we teamed up with volunteers from SRP’s Water Services Team for a trash cleanup at Pebble Beach & Blue Point Recreation Areas along the Lower Salt River on the Tonto National Forest.

Volunteers explored the area while picking up scattered trash, cans, bottles, hats, blankets, towels, clothing, shoes, flip flops & crocks, picnic trash, sunglasses, and lots of micro trash, like cigarette butts, bottle tops, fishing line, confetti, toothpick flossers, pieces of wrappers and more. ⁠

Volunteers helped us remove 122 pounds of trash from Pebble Beach & Blue Point Recreation Areas. Thank you to everyone from SRP for helping us make a positive impact on the Lower Salt River and for making an impact on our overall mission through your Sponsorship!

We gave this volunteer a Natural Restorations 40oz TRU Flask with our logo laser etched on it for picking up the most interesting find of the day, voted on by SRP volunteers.
