We conserve land through restoration, education, and outreach.
We remove trash, graffiti, and anything foreign to the environment from outdoor recreation and wilderness areas across Arizona. We accomplish our mission by hosting volunteer cleanup events throughout the year for community members, including youth volunteers, across the state. We also manage and support a Dedicated Restoration Team with contracted Military Veterans who conduct restorations beyond the reach of most volunteers.
2018 is off to a great start for Natural Restorations! More than 600 volunteers have helped us remove more than 21.7 tons of trash from Arizona's outdoor recreation and wilderness areas. We have made significant impacts on the Tonto National Forest, Arizona State Trust Land, the Santa Cruz River in Tucson, and the Lower Salt River at Coon Bluff Recreation Area in January and February 2018.

Our Team works in areas that see repeated dumping, areas too remote or unsafe for volunteers, areas too sensitive for a large number of volunteers, as well as graffiti removal. Our Dedicated Restoration Team expands the impact of our vision, and also provides contract opportunities to Military Veterans.
Our Dedicated Restoration Team removed more than 69 tons of trash and several panels of graffiti from OHV Areas in the Tonto National Forest - Mesa Ranger District and the Coconino National Forest during our first 11 projects for our Natural Restorations OHV Area Restoration Project funded by a grant from the OHV-Fund managed by the Arizona State Parks Board. Some of the earth's greatest landscapes are in Arizona and are threatened by the long-standing issues of trash, illegal dumping, and graffiti in natural areas. We want these areas to remain open to the public for future generations, but we cannot achieve our goals alone. Click the button below to view our Events Calendar and join us at an upcoming event!

Save the Date for April 2nd, 2018!
Join us the day after Easter on Monday, April 2nd for a Lower Salt River Cleanup at Phon D Sutton Recreation Area from 8am to Noon. This is a great opportunity for volunteers who are unable to come out to our cleanup events on the weekend. If your employer grants service or volunteer days, this would be a perfect way to spend the morning.
#OptOutside and explore the Lower Salt River while picking up any trash you find along the way. It's going to be a great event for the entire family. Youth volunteers are always welcome when they are accompanied and supervised by an adult or group leader. We can accommodate small and large groups.
